you cinnamon tea. I truly hope it brings you lots of health benefits.
Let’s be honest, tea is something many of us can’t imagine our
day without and when we add cinnamon to it, it becomes even
more nourishing. Cinnamon not only enhances the flavor
but also supports our overall health, especially during the cold
winter season. It’s a simple habit that can make a big difference in
keeping us warm, energized and healthy.
🌿 What is Cinnamon (Darchini)?
Cinnamon is a spice made from the inner bark of cinnamon trees.

🍵 How much Cinnamon is Safe?
Ceylon Cinnamon

½ to 1 teaspoon per day

Cassia Cinnamon

Not daily 2–3 times per week max.

Best for: immunity, sore throat, flu prevention, low energy in winter.
Ingredients:

Boil all spices in 1.5 cups water for 5-7 minutes.

Strain and add honey.

Drink once daily (even 4–5 times weekly is enough).

🍵 RECIPE Cinnamon Ginger Immunity Tea
with milk!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients:

1 cup water
-
1 cup milk
-
1 teaspoon black tea leaves (chaye ki patti)

1 small cinnamon stick (darchini)
-
½ inch fresh ginger (crushed or sliced)

Sugar to taste (optional)
Method:
Start by adding water to a saucepan and dropping in the
cinnamon stick along with freshly ginger. Bring it to a gentle boil
and let it simmer for a few minutes so the spices release their
aroma and warmth. Once fragrant, add the black tea leaves
and allow them to brew briefly. Pour in the milk and sweeten with
sugar if you like. Let the tea come to a boil until it turns rich in color
and full of flavor. Strain into cups and enjoy this comforting,
aromatic tea while it’s hot is perfect for cozy winter moments.
