“In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.”
Goodbye December… π
Another year has quietly passed.
Today’s blog is just about me and my journey.
Last year, I started blogging from the heart. I truly love cooking,
and this love comes from my mother. I learned so much from her,
just by watching her in the kitchen. By Allah’s blessing,
I feel that I carry my mother’s taste in my hands, and
every dish I make reminds me of her love.
Feeling blue……….
Oh, I miss my mother so much. It has been eight years since
she left us, but her memories live with me every single day.
Her prayers, her kindness, and her teachings continue to
guide me in life. Cooking makes me feel close to her,
as if she is still with me, smiling and proud.
This blog is not just about food; it is about emotions,
memories, and gratitude. I dedicate this journey to my
mother, who will always be my biggest inspiration.
May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannah. Ameen. π
This year !!!!!!!!
This year, I mostly shared Pakistani dishes that are close to my
heart and full of traditional flavors. Along with that, I also shared
some Indian-style recipes, because our cuisines are beautifully
connected and loved by many. Through these recipes, I tried to
bring simple, homely tastes to your kitchen and share the food I
truly enjoy cooking. Each dish reflects my love for desi cooking
and the memories attached to it. ππ½️
like biryani, karahi, daal, korma, halwa, and other traditional
Pakistani comfort foods. I also shared some Indian-style recipes
such as paneer dishes, chaat, and simple masala curries that
many of us enjoy it at home. These recipes are inspired by everyday
desi kitchens and are made with love, simple ingredients
and authentic flavors.
Coming year ………
As we step into a new year, In shaa Allah, I’ll be sharing
Singaporean, Chinese, and Russian cuisines with you all.
I hope you’ll stay connected, support me, and follow along
on this beautiful journey. I promise to give my best and bring
you delicious recipes along with interesting stories and food facts
from around the world.
January Schedule πΏπ½️
This January is going to be special and full of flavor.
I’ll be sharing some delicious and comforting recipes,
starting with a special Palak Muli recipe, soft and tasty
Muli ke Parathay, and a traditional Shaljam Gosht for all
desi food lovers. There will also be Chicken Sajji, packed with
bold flavors, and Singaporean Rice for something a little different.
To keep things light and healthy, I’ll be sharing a warm and comforting
Vegetable Soup, and there’s much more coming your way.
Stay connected, stay blessed, and enjoy this journey with me,
one recipe at a time. π☕
