1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Fresh some mint leaves
Fresh coriander leaves

1 tsp ginger (grated)

Method!!!!!!!!
Step1: Prepare the Filling
Take a pan, add a few drops of oil, then add grated
mooli (radish). Add cumin seeds, salt, and green
chilies, and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
This will dry out the excess moisture from the radish,
making the parathas easier to shape and cook.
Add green chili, red chili powder, turmeric, crushed
coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger,
lemon juice, and fresh coriander. Mix well.
Step 2: Stuffing the Paratha
Take a dough ball, roll slightly, place mooli filling
in center, seal properly, and gently roll into a paratha.
Step 3: Cooking
Heat a tawa. Place paratha and cook on medium
