Potato Cutlet Recipe (Simple & Home Style)




Ingredients:

  • half kg potatoes 

(boiled and mashed)

  • 1 small onion 

(finely chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Mash the Potatoes: 

In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

  1. Add Flavors: 

Mix in chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, salt, pepper,

 chili flakes, and chaat masala.



  1. Bind It Together: 

Add the soaked bread slice and mix everything well to 

form a dough-like mixture.

  1. Shape the Cutlets: 

Take small portions and shape them into flat round patties.



  1. Coat the Cutlets: 

Make thick paste all purpose flour.

 Dip each cutlet in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs or 

All purpose flour paste.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets on medium heat 

until golden brown from both sides.
