which is honestly one of my husband’s absolute favorites 💛.

🥔 Traditional Aloo Paratha Recipe (Home-Style)
Making aloo ke parathe at home is easier than it looks and
incredibly satisfying.
Ingredients:
For filling:
Boiled potatoes-4 -6 (mashed)
Green chilies-4 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Red chili powder-1 tea spoon
Black paper -1 tea spoon
Garam masala half tea spoon
Optional: grated ginger, cumin powder, or crushed
Dried Pomegranate Seeds- 1 - table spoon
Coriander seed -1 tea spoon
optional:Chopped onion
Method
Take a small ball of dough, flatten it slightly, place a
generous spoon of potato filling in the center, and
carefully seal it.
Gently roll it into a round paratha using
light pressure. Heat a tava on medium flame, place the paratha,
and cook until bubbles appear. Flip, apply ghee or oil,
and cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve hot because aloo paratha tastes best fresh off the tava.
