  • 2 medium beetroot 

(peeled and grated or finely chopped)

  • 1 small onion 

(finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 green chili (optional)

  • Tomato curry of 2 tomatoes

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • Fresh coriander for garnish


🍳 Method

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
Add chopped onion and sauté until light golden.
Add cumin seeds , green chili and salt
turmeric, and black pepper.
Add tomato curry.
Mix everything properly.
