The combination of mint (podina), coriander
(dhania), green chilies (hari mirch), anardana,
and garlic creates a bold and refreshing taste
that makes this paratha unique.
Mint and coriander are the heart of this recipe.
Mint gives a cooling and refreshing taste, while
coriander adds depth and freshness. When
blended together with green chilies, anardana,
